General Information
In the heart of Charleston’s Historic District, 20 South Battery is a 25 minutes by car from Charleston International Airport and a 15 minute walk to the Charleston City Market and King Street.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Early arrivals and late departures are accommodated based on availability.
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 10 days prior to arrival date. If any reservation is not canceled by 3pm 10 days prior to arrival, 50% of the Total Stay including tax and Fees will NOT be refunded for any reason.
The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
Advance Purchase and other special rates may have unique cancellation policies. Please refer to your booking confirmation for exact cancellation details.

We take 50% of the entire stay when the reservation is made
Pet fee is an extra $50/night and we only have one pet friendly room called the Devereaux Suite. Also, no pets are allowed in the main mansion
No, but for folks that travel with medicine, we have a communal fridge in our Carriage House Lounge

Our suites have a queen sized sofa bed. We unfortunately do not have any cribs.

Parking is available at several lots throughout Charleston. Limited free residential street parking is available along portions of Meeting Street, King Street, East Bay and South Battery as well as along the waterfront across from the White Point Gardens. While checking into the hotels, please pull into our Loading Zone where we can assist you with parking options and luggage.
